We reply on business days. If the problem is with a poll that's under way, include the name of your organization and of the poll: that gets us there much faster.
Check your spam folder. If it isn't there, ask the organizer to resend it: that creates a new link and the previous one stops working, so always use the most recent one you got.
That's not a problem. An account can have several email addresses: if you open the invitation while signed in, the invitation's email is connected to your account and you're added to the roll.
In a poll marked as secret, no. Your organization sees that you took part and nothing more. How that's achieved is explained in the privacy policy. In an open poll the vote is on the record, and the app warns you before you cast the ballot.
No. Once cast, a ballot can't be changed or withdrawn. In a secret poll, nobody even knows which one is yours.
It's the receipt for your ballot. It lets you confirm your ballot is in the count without revealing to anyone what you chose. Keep it if you want to check the result.
Each proxy is cast separately and carries the weight of the person who granted it, not yours. Chains of proxies aren't allowed: someone who delegated their vote can't receive someone else's.
Closed polls move to results. If the organization voided it, it's no longer available: a published poll can't be edited, it's voided and a new one is created, because changing the questions would invalidate the votes already cast.
Open the Vota tab in Teams once. That links your Teams account to your Vota account; until then the bot doesn't know who you are and can't notify you. The bot only sends notifications to your personal chat and doesn't reply to messages.
In the app, under Account > Delete account, or on the web at vota.birdie.cl/cuenta. Keep in mind that we can't delete your votes in secret polls, because we don't know which ones they are.
